Please review the following terms and conditions, which govern all service agreements for installation of window films on vehicle glass. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Scope, Warranty, and Compliance
Service Scope: We offer professional automotive window tinting, installing films for heat rejection, UV protection, privacy, and improved appearance.
Warranty: Our window tinting installations come with a limited warranty covering installation defects, such as bubbling, peeling, or fading, under normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, aftermarket window treatments, or physical damage. Details, including the duration of coverage, will be specified at the completion of the service.
Compliance with Local Laws: Clients are solely responsible for ensuring tinted windows comply with all applicable local, state, or federal laws. We provide guidance, but ultimate responsibility for legal compliance remains with the vehicle owner.
Payment, Liability, and Cancellations
Payment Terms: Payment must be completed in full upon service completion, unless stated otherwise. Any required deposits are non-refundable after installation begins.
Liability: We are not responsible for any damage to previously existing window defects, aftermarket parts, or electrical components affected during tinting, or any legal implications from non-compliant tinting chosen by the client.
