I’ve led production teams in fast-paced environments and later applied that leadership at AutoNation Hyundai—where I boosted client retention and sales performance.
Here at the tint shop, I focus on streamlining operations, improving customer acquisition, and building systems that scale. Whether it’s implementing CRMs or optimizing how we connect with leads, I’m always looking for ways to grow smarter and faster.
I believe real growth comes from strong relationships and consistent execution. Off the clock, I’m all about fitness, music, supporting local businesses, and spending time with my dogs.
